We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Tranmere Rovers Football Club. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you are welcome to return it, in its original, unused /unworn condition, along with any wrapping and receipt to the Club Shop at Prenton Park within 28 days from the date of purchase we will exchange it or offer a full refund.
We do not offer price matching to future promotions once a sale has been completed.
Items that are bought in a sale can only be returned in exchange for a voucher. We are unable to refund or exchange personalised products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Tranmere Rovers FC accepts no responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Customised shirts relating to this issue cannot be refunded.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order of goods at any time up to the seventh working day after you receive the goods, unless the items have been personalised in any way. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order. If payment has been processed after you decide to cancel, a refund will only be given once the Club has received in full the unopened and unused order. Returning items by Post
If you decide you do not want an item or have ordered the incorrect size please return it to us by post at your cost to the following address:

Please include a covering letter, which includes your confirmation order number and the reason for returning the items.
Any items received back after 28 days of purchase cannot be refunded and will be returned to you. If you would like to exchange an item that has been ordered, you must first return the item to us by post.
We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As Tranmere Rovers FC cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.
Occasionally, overnight some items may become out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand and in these circumstances we will, where possible, offer alternative items on customer approval.
Customers have 30 days from the date of their order being available to pick up to collect the order. Any orders not collected within 30 days will be refunded.
When pre-ordering goods, any other items purchased will not be despatched until the pre-ordered item is launched. You may contact us if you wish to pay extra postal charges to have the items despatched early. Pre-ordered items will be charged at the time of order.
